Make a vision board

I resently made a mini vision board that outlined my life goals and dreams. I drew boxes on a piece of paper
and wrote a part of my life in each(lifestyle, freetime, cureer etc.). I filled in what I wanted each aspect
of my life to be like. When I stepped back to look at what I wrote, I felt a sense of calm because I now had a plan
and I would not have to stess so much about my future.
Make a schedule everyday

To stay motivated, I have been writing out what I need to do and should do every morning. Throughout the
day, I look back at the list and I check off what I have completed. I gives me a sense of acomplishment.
It also keeps me from watching Youtube all day and becoming depressed.
